Classes are during 4 school terms per year: (no classes during school or public holidays)

TINY KIDS JUDO: 4-6 years of age
Availability Friday 4.00 – 4.45pm

An early fun introduction to an active lifestyle, encouraging confidence & increasing co-ordination in safe rolling & falling drills, whilst developing the core skills of movement such as balance, jumping & contact awareness.

KIDS & JUNIOR JUDO: 6-13 years of age
Tuesday & Friday  5.15 – 6.15pm

The class varies in age, size & ability; so it is generally broken up into groups.
This class begins with a general warm up using mostly specific exercises, to develop the core skills of Judo.
Then into groups learning & developing: safe falling (ukemi), throwing & groundwork techniques, also games and other mental and physical challenges.

JUNIOR JUDO: 8-13 years of age
Monday  5.15 – 6.30pm

This smaller class focuses on extra drills and exercises, to improve individual throwing, groundwork and tactics technique.
The class acts as an EXTRA, REGULAR, 3rd day a week, for the motivated Junior Judoka.

Monday 5.15 – 6.30pm
Tuesday 6.30 – 7.45pm
Friday 5.15 – 6.30pm

Developing falling safely, throwing and groundwork techniques, also overall body fitness, strength and flexibility.

Tuesday & Thursday 

Lessons and training times can be made by arrangement (Judo or fitness)
